OFFICIAL GRADUATION SCHEDULE
Online Examinations
📅 Date: 30 October 2026
🕖 Time: 19:00 Hours
All eligible online students are expected to participate in the scheduled online examinations as part of the final academic assessment process.
Physical Examinations
📅 Date: 2 November 2026
🕣 Time: 08:30 Hours
Students undertaking physical examinations are advised to report on time and ensure all examination requirements are fulfilled.
Correction and Collection of Graduation Gowns
📅 Date: 27 November 2026
🕒 Time: 15:00 Hours
Graduates will have the opportunity to verify, fit, and correct their graduation gowns to ensure proper preparation for the graduation ceremony.
14th Graduation Ceremony
📅 Date: 28 November 2026
🕙 Time: 10:00 Hours
The main graduation ceremony will officially recognize and confer qualifications upon graduates who have successfully completed all academic requirements.
VENUE
📍 Kitwe, Zambia
The graduation ceremony will be hosted in the city of Kitwe, Zambia. The exact venue and additional logistical information will be communicated to all graduates and stakeholders in due course.
